BSCP Position Statement: Zero Tolerance for Hate and Abuse Towards Staff

BSCP is committed to fostering a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all our staff—whether in local government, health, policing, education or our local voluntary community and faith sector services. Abuse, harassment, or hate directed at our employees, whether in person, online, or through any other means, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This statement applies to all staff, volunteers, contractors, and partners working under the Barnet Safeguarding Children Partnership (BSCP) umbrella, across all service delivery settings.
