BSCP Learning Webinars 2022
Barnet Safeguarding Children Partnership (BSCP) is pleased to confirm a new run of learning webinars, further to positive feedback received from last year’s learning events. Our next run of online webinars will continue to be delivered by BSCP colleagues from across the Partnership and are therefore open to all colleagues.
The webinars will cover learning from recent rapid reviews convened in Barnet following serious safeguarding incidents and recent child safeguarding practice reviews:
Learning and themes from recent rapid reviews convened in Barnet further to safeguarding incidents;
- Neglect
- Assessing and supporting transient families
- Harm perpetrated upon infants,
- The importance of involving male carers within antenatal and postnatal services
- information sharing
Learning from Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews where we will introduce tools designed to support practitioners’;
- understanding of cultural competency through practice
- approaches to strengthening our working with families where physical chastisement of children feature

All webinars are delivered via MS TEAMS
Please note the same content will be discussed in each of the sessions dated above – therefore there is a requirement to only attend one session.
